A culinary evening down to the smallest finesse. At “Jef” you don’t just go for dinner, instead you get to enjoy being pampered. Each dish is honest, excelling in classical simplicity. And we will admit it: it is the natural seasonings that make a dish unforgettable. Our heart skips a beat for oysters, lamb or asparagus. Real island products with a salty undertone. Inspired by Texel “finest”, we always aim for the perfect recipe. Because, let’s be honest: who doesn’t like to be surprised at the table? Unique wines give each dish the right accent.

The place where your senses go out on an adventure also has that pure character. The parsonage was completely renovated in modern style. Robust, natural materials are the real eye catchers in the sleek interior. The individual style goes well with our cuisine and our character.

Veranda

The sky in Texel is wonderful. Clear blue skies, marked by typical fleecy clouds. This is the daily décor in our veranda. Overlooking the terrace, you can enjoy a delicious aperitif or digestive.

Private Dining

For an intimate dinner with several guests (up to max. 18 people) we would like to reserve a separate room in our restaurant. You get to share a culinary experience with friends, family or relations. The space is also ideal for business meetings and conferences.

Terrace

We serve a drink or aperitif on the terrace on summer days. In a trendy setting – relaxing chairs, salty sea breeze – you get an even more intense taste of that island feeling.

Taxi service

Practical and hospitable: our taxi service. Come with your own car and we call a taxi to drive you home. At “Jef” we arrange for your car to be parked outside your door in the early morning!
